A: At Pure Waxing, I strive to offer a comfortable and uninterrupted experience for all my clients. To ensure this, I ask that you check in no later than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to use the provided intimate refreshing wipe and get on the table for your waxing. Please note that early arrivals more than 5 minutes prior are not permitted unless confirmed with me first. This policy helps me maintain the peaceful, private atmosphere I take pride in providing. If you are running late, please be aware that your waxing may need to be shortened or, in some cases, cancelled to respect the next guest's appointment time. Full treatment charges will apply in such situations. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to leave enough time for your waxing fully and comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

A: At Pure Waxing, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. Therefore, I have implemented a cancellation policy to best manage my appointment schedule. Since I reserve your appointment time especially for you, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour notice period, you may be required to pay in full of the service cost before booking your next appointment. In the unfortunate event of a no-show, you may incur the full cost of the service, which will need to be settled before your next booking. This policy helps ensure that I can continue to offer appointments to all of my clients in a timely and efficient manner. No refunds No expiry date on gift certificate purchases, except donations.

A: For your convenience, Pure Waxing provides a reserved parking space in the driveway, clearly marked with a sign for my clients. Upon parking, please walk through the walkway between the home and garage to the back patio doors. If the room door is closed upon entering or the doors are locked, it indicates that I am currently with another client. To ensure a peaceful and private experience for all my guests, kindly arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to provide each client with the dedicated, one-on-one service that Pure Waxing specializes in.

A: Gratuities at Pure Waxing are entirely at your discretion and are appreciated as an acknowledgment of excellent service. If you wish to add a gratuity, you can do so directly at the time of your visit. In case you received a gift certificate, please check if a gratuity has already been included by inquiring with me directly. Additionally, the best way to complement my waxing services is through reviews and referrals, which help me continue to do what I love and provide exceptional care in my peaceful and private atmosphere.
