Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why I have a cancellation and appointment policy in place to help manage my schedule fairly and respectfully. Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment, including removing or downgrading services. You can cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment directly throught the link in your appointment reminder email or text message up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to make a change within 48 hours of your appointment, please email me directly, as the change will fall under my cancellation and appointment change policy. Changes made within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time may require payment of the full price of the original service booked before you can book your next appointment. In the event of no-show, the full price of the booked service may also apply and will need to be settled before rebooking.This policy helps cover the time and income lost when appointments are changed or cancelled at the last minute. I appreciate your understanding and consideration of my time reserved for you. No refunds are provided. Gift certificates are non-refundable and do not expire. Donated gift certificates may have an expiry date and are subject to the terms provided at the time of donation.

Appointment Arrival Guidelines

For your convenience, a reserved client parking space is located at the front of the driveway with a Reserved for Pure Waxing Clients sign. If another client is already parked there, please park behind another vehicle while they finish their appointment.Once parked, follow the Pure Waxing sign along the walkway to the back patio doors. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This gives you time to get settled before your service. For Brazilian waxing appointments, an intimate cleansing wipe is provided, and disposible underwear is available for bikini waxing if needed.If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, you're welcome to wait outside at the picnic table. If the doors are locked, I'm likely with a client or gettings ready between appointments. If doors are unlocked, please come on in. If the treatment room door marked Pure Waxing is closed, you're welcome to make yourself comfortable on the bench or couch nearby until I come greet you.If you're running late, please let me know. Your service may need to be shortened or, in some cases, cancelled to respect the next client's appointment time. The full price of the service booked will apply in these situations.Please plan your arrival accordingly so you have enough time to get settled before your appointment.
