A: At Pure Waxing, I strive to offer a comfortable and uninterrupted experience for all my clients. To ensure this, I ask that you check in no later than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to use the provided intimate refreshing wipe and get on the table for your waxing. Please note that early arrivals more than 5 minutes prior are not permitted unless confirmed with me first. This policy helps me maintain the peaceful, private atmosphere I take pride in providing. If you are running late, please be aware that your waxing may need to be shortened or, in some cases, cancelled to respect the next guest's appointment time. Full treatment charges will apply in such situations. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to leave enough time for your waxing fully and comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

A: At Pure Waxing, I understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why I've implemented a cancellation policy to help manage my schedule respectfully and fairly. Since your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment, including dropping or downgrading services.

If changes are made within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may be required to pay the full cost of the original booked service before booking your next appointment. In the unfortunate event of a no-show, the full cost of the service fee may also apply and will need to be settled before rebooking.

This policy helps cover lost time and income due to last-minute ajustments.

No refunds. No expiry date on gift certificate purchases (excluding donated certificates).

A: For your convenience, Pure Waxing provides a reserved parking space in the driveway, clearly marked with a sign for clients. Upon parking, please come to the back entrance right at your scheduled appointment time or up to 5 mintues before. If you happen to arrive more than 5 minutes early, please feel free to wait outside at the picnic table or on one of the chairs out back.

If the doors are locked when you arrive, it simply means I'm still with a client or cleaning up between appointments. If the doors are unlocked but the treatment room door (marked Pure Waxing) is closed, you're welcome to wait on the small couch near the entrance until I greet you. To ensure a peaceful and private experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. This allows me to provide each client with the dedicated, one-on-one service that Pure Waxing specializes in.
