At Pure Waxing, we strive to offer a comfortable and uninterrupted experience for all our clients. To ensure this, we ask that you check in no later than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to unwind and get on the table for your waxing. Please note that early arrivals more than 5 minutes prior are not permitted unless confirmed with the owner. This policy helps us maintain the peaceful, private atmosphere we take pride in providing. If you are running late, please be aware that your waxing may need to be shortened or, in some cases, cancelled to respect the next guest's appointment time. Full treatment charges will apply in such situations. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to leave enough time for your waxing fully and comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

At Pure Waxing, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy to best manage our appointment schedule. Since we reserve your appointment time especially for you, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within the 24-hour notice period, you may be required to pay 50% of the service cost before booking your next appointment. In the unfortunate event of a no-show, you may incur the full cost of the service, which will need to be settled before your next booking. This policy helps ensure that we can continue to offer appointments to all of our clients in a timely and efficient manner. No refunds No expiry date on gift certificate purchases, except donations.

For your convenience, Pure Waxing provides a reserved parking space in the driveway, clearly marked with a sign for our clients. Upon parking, please walk through the walkway between the home and garage to the back patio doors. If the room door is closed upon entering or the doors are locked, it indicates that I am currently with another client. To ensure a peaceful and private experience for all our guests, kindly arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to provide each client with the dedicated, one-on-one service that Pure Waxing specializes in.

Gratuities at Pure Waxing are entirely at your discretion and are appreciated as an acknowledgment of excellent service. If you wish to add a gratuity, you can do so directly at the time of your visit. In case you received a gift certificate, please check if a gratuity has already been included by inquiring with us directly. Additionally, the best way to complement our waxing services is through reviews and referrals, which help us continue to provide exceptional care in our peaceful and private atmosphere.
